ALGASIM Zamakhchary, a leading legal partnership in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has restructured under the name Zamakhchary & Co. in the Kingdom’s first deal of its kind. The restructure allows the entry of three of the firm’s existing senior lawyers, with diverse international and local expertise, to partnership.
The partnership and its current team of 25 fee-earners across the litigation and transactions specialization will maintain its core business lines: Transactions; Risk Management & Advisory; and Commercial Litigation.
The firm continues its close working relationship with the leading global law firm Linklaters.
