Cadillac rolls out latest service technologies

CT6 includes a mold of various metals to make it the lightest in its class

CONTINUING efforts to give Middle East customers the highest levels of customer service and maintenance on their vehicles, dealers across the region have brought the latest technologies and expertise to service Cadillac’s latest models.

The readiness to tackle high-tech repair jobs serves as a foundation to Cadillac’s future advanced product strategy, which will include mixed and composite material as a cornerstone in all future products. Giving Cadillac dealers the edge in a high-tech service capability to match the advanced technology products they sell.

The latest technologies in the structural design of Cadillac’ was first introduced in the CT6.  The brands latest prestige sedan is made of 11 different metals, creating a segment leading torsional rigidity to mass ratio, with an industry first of combining steel and aluminum bond that is possible with a GM patented method. This has enabled the designers at Cadillac to build the lightest structure in its class with no compromise in both rigidity, comfort as well as safety.

Cadillac dealers across the region have made the necessary investments in new specialized tools, and in focused training of their body shop personnel to ensure the quality of repairs adhere to the highest standards and maintain the structural integrity of each vehicle.

Mohammed Al Fayyad, Director of Customer Care and Aftersales at General Motors Middle East, said: “CT6 customers own the most technologically advanced Cadillac to date, and they know it. As such, it is imperative that we offer them the assurance that their CT6 will be taken care of with the same level of diligence and sophistication should it need it.”

Launched in 2016, the CT6 is Cadillac’s take on recreating the formula of the prestige sedan through the integration of new technologies developed to achieve dynamic performance, efficiency and agility unseen in the large luxury car segment. — SG
