Jeddah -- A royal order was issued Thursday appointing Muhammad Bin Abdullah Bin Ibrahim Al-Quwaiz as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) with the rank of minister.
In another royal order, Lt. Gen. Suhail Bin Saqr Al-Mutairi was promoted to the rank of General and appointed as Chief of the Royal Guard.
