ELM signs MoU with Tunisian govt on business solutions

TUNIS — "ELM" Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Tunisian Ministry of Religious Affairs and the Ministry of Communication Technologies and Digital Economy on business solutions and digital services late Thursday. The MoU is related to the eligibility program for Haj and Umrah along with the initiatives designed to organize the religious frameworks in the Tunisian Republic. The MoU comes amid a package of agreements and memoranda of understanding that have been inked on the sidelines of the 9th Tunisian-Saudi Joint Commission which coincided with the Tunisian-Saudi Economic Forum held in the Tunisian capital Tunis. The forum was attended by the Saudi Minister of Commerce and investment Dr. Majed bin Abdullah Al Kassabi and the Tunisian Minister of Development and Investment and International Cooperation Muhammad Fadil Abdulkafi.

The spokesman of the company Dr. Majed bin Saad Alarifi noted that the signing of the Memorandum comes within "ELM" endeavors in spreading knowledge and incorporating electronic business solutions along with creating high-tech and very reliable products in line with our client's needs. "ELM" is working towards services of a more powerful effect, Alarifi said, services that support governments in their transformational plans and enhance the services provided to their citizens based on its wealth of knowledge and cumulative experiences in the fields of electronic services development — starting from ideas and implementation to operation with continuous improvements. Further, "ELM" provides consultation and training services, Alarifi added. He remarked that "ELM" aims at working in the GCC, African and major Islamic countries in near future.
