RIYADH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman is to host 1,000 Palestinians from the family members and relatives of martyrs to perform this year’s Haj. This is for the 9th consecutive year that the King is hosting relatives of Palestinian martyrs as Guests of Allah.

Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance Sheikh Saleh Al-Asheikh, who is also general supervisor of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Haj and Umrah, thanked the King for his continued keenness to build bridges to link with the Palestinian people to help them perform the fifth pillar of Islam.

He said this royal gesture emanates from his Arab and Islamic brotherly feelings towards Palestine and its people as a part of the Kingdom’s generous support for the Palestinian people in all fields. — SPA
