THE Boston Consulting Group (BCG) celebrated 18 graduates who recently completed its inaugural Business Analyst Program. In line with BCG’s mission to further advance the strategic, socioeconomic objectives outlined in the Saudi Vision 2030, the Business Analyst Program was designed to help nurture young Saudi talent and equip the Kingdom’s youth with the tools, knowledge, and leadership skills needed to excel in the field of strategy consulting.

“We would like to extend our warm congratulations to all the graduates of our program, we know that the last year has been challenging, and their strong commitment and sheer perseverance truly shone,” said David Panhans, Partner & Managing Director at BCG Middle East who led the Business Analyst Program. “We believe that initiatives such as our Business Analyst Program are key drivers that serve Saudi Arabia’s 2030 agenda that add further credence to the critical importance of fostering a capable, diverse national workforce made up of both men and women.”

All those enrolled in BCG’s Business Analyst Program were be able to gain first-hand experience working side-by-side with BCG consultants and conducting business analysis for the firm’s vast portfolio of high-profile clients – spanning all BCG practice areas. — SG
