Let women teach boys in primary school

Regardless of the similarities between men and women, it is true that men can never give children the same level of sympathy, kindness and passion as women. In their first year at school, children need female teachers to make the learning process more enticing and attractive. By children, I mean little boys and girls aged six to 12.

The Ministry of Education has published a study calling for women to teach boys at the primary level. As is the case with every decision involving women, people are divided on this issue. While some are in support, others oppose it without understanding the arguments.

The ministry has conducted this study with the involvement of specialists and religious scholars, meaning it was published following discussions with experts. As far as I understand, the study takes into consideration the interests of all of the involved parties. It focuses on instilling in children’s mind the respect of women as leaders and teachers, not as weak human beings who are controlled by men. It dispels the misconceptions children have about women and sheds light on the capabilities of women. Moreover, the study also aims to create jobs for women in the public sector.

The majority of people who oppose the study do not seem to have the slightest idea about its objectives. They are mainly of an old school mindset that is opposed to anything related to women, including education and work. They do not want women to go to school, let alone teach children, and they also do not want them to work. However, an increasing number of people now accept that women have the right to work and receive an education.

A strange argument given by those who oppose women teaching is that children who are taught by women will develop feminine behavior. It is really a shame that we have some people in our society who think like this. This does not make sense because it is mothers who take care of and educate children at home, not fathers. Do we say those children will grow up behaving like women? Of course, we don’t. So, what is so negative about women teaching children in school? Little children spend 90 percent of their time with their mothers. Moreover, women also teach children at private schools.
