Crown Prince, UK minister ink military cooperation pact

JEDDAH
- Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, and British Secretary of State for Defense Michael Fallon signed on Tuesday a framework agreement for cooperation in the fields of military and security between the governments of the two countries.

The signing ceremony was held during the meeting of the two leaders at the office of the Crown Prince in Jeddah.

During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations, particularly the mechanism of joint coordination in the field of defense. They also discussed the latest developments in the region and efforts to combat terrorism.

The Crown Prince also met former Turkish President Abdullah Gul. During the meeting, they reviewed a number of issues of mutual concern.
