Two of the world’s biggest dance acts deadmau5 and Axwell Ingrosso were recently announced as headliners for Creamfields, the electronic dance festival in Dubai. Regional acts are yet to be announced. The event takes place on December 8 in Abu Dhabi.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati becomes most watched Hindi trailer in 24 hours on YouTube. From Amitabh Bachchan to SS Rajamouli, everyone has complimented Bhansali on his upcoming movie, Padmavati. The trailer has garnered over 20 million views, the highest views received by a Hindi trailer in a span of 24 hours. It is followed by The trailer for the multi-starrer Hollywood superhero movie, Justice League, also dropped roughly the same time, but has managed to gather over 15 million views. Padmavati releases 1st of December.

Beyoncé lent her song “Freedom” to the #FreedomForGirls campaign just in time for the International Day of the Girl on Wednesday. It features fierce little girls, ages 5 through 11, singing along to the power anthem. The #FreedomForGirls campaign is promoting the U.N.’s Global Goals, an ambitious set of objectives for what the world should look like by 2030. It’s a partnership between Project Everyone, UNICEF, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The video was directed by MJ Delaney.

A$AP Rocky x GUESS Collaborate for Another ‘90s-Inspired Collection

This release comes after he brought an exclusive GUESS x A$AP Rocky London capsule to his version of an NYC-style bodega to Selfridges department store in Europe. “Being from New York, I wanted to give the experience of something synonymous with New York and bring that across the globe,” he said. The GUESS x A$AP Rocky collection is available Oct. 19 online and at select GUESS retail locations and ranges in price from $69-$198.

The Weeknd and German sportswear giant PUMA continue their collaboration with the second drop of the singer’s signature Parallel sneaker. Releases on October 26.

The Cannes film festival’s senior executives today said sexual assaultallegations against disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein merit “only the clearest and most unequivocal condemnation”, as more women continue to come forward with accusations. “We have been dismayed to learn of the accusations of harassment and sexual violence recently levelled against Harvey Weinstein,” wrote the festival’s president Pierre Lescure and director Thierry Fremaux. On Tuesday, an investigative expose came out in which Italian film star Asia Argento and two other women accused Weinstein of rape. That bombshell report alleging that since the 1990s the Oscar-winning producer had preyed on young women hoping to break into the film industry. The list of the Oscar-winner’s harassment victims also reportedly now includes Gwyneth Paltrow, Angelina Jolie, Rosanna Arquette and French actress Judith Godreche. Weinstein has denied all charges, according to a statement from his spokeswoman Sallie Hofmeister, circulated among US media.

Dubai Police are taking crime-fighting into the future as they unveiled their latest innovations on the first day of Gitex Technology Week on Sunday. The Hoversurf, a cross between a drone and motorcycle, can seat a police officer or be controlled remotely. The Hoversurf “bike” can also carry an additional 300kg and flies at a speed of 70kmh.
