— The Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC) has launched its official website in Arabic, English and French.

The site, which can be visited on the link www.imctc.org, provides official information and data on the work of the coalition in four areas of its activity: Ideology, communication, counter-terror financing, and military fields.

The ideology aspect specializes in preserving the universal message of Islam, promoting the values of moderation, tolerance and the preparation of targeted messages to counter radical ideology.

The communication side is based on producing content on various media platforms to refute the rhetoric and claims of terrorist organizations and extremists.

The third aspect focuses on combating the financing of terrorism in cooperation with relevant parties in member states, developing legal, regulatory and operational frameworks and facilitating the exchange of information to support the fight against the financing of terrorism.

In the military sphere, the coalition will help coordinate efforts, resources and planning, facilitate military exchanges, and contribute to facilitating the building of military capabilities of member states to fight terrorism.

The Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition was founded in Riyadh at the initiative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to unite the efforts of Islamic countries in confronting terrorism.

Ministers of defense from member countries of the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition will attend the inaugural meeting of the IMCTC Ministers of Defense Council in Riyadh on Nov. 26.

The Meeting, held under the theme “Allied Against Terrorism,” will bring together ministers of defense and delegations from 41 member countries. Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, will open the meeting.

The key events and presentations will revolve around the strategy, governance, achievements, plans, and initiatives of the IMCTC in the domains of ideology, communications, counter-terror financing, and military.
