DAMMAM — The International Indian School, Dammam (IISD) will host the 27th Principals Conference on Dec. 6-7. Thirty Five principals from the CBSE-affiliated Indian schools in the Kingdom will participate in the two-day conference.
The school heads will discuss and debate on wide-ranging academic and administrative issues concerning the schools, and CBSE guidelines pertaining to the school activities, new curriculum, new examination and evaluation policies and other educational reforms.
The conference attains much importance regarding school operations in the changing scenario of labor regulations and other restrictions in the Kingdom. Ahmad Javed, ambassador of India, will address the conference on Thursday.
Interschool debate, quiz and science projects competitions will also be held as part of the conference. The ambassador will inaugurate the science projects competition on Thursday morning. Schools qualified at zonal level competitions will participate in the finals here. Valedictory session of the event will be on Thursday, 12.30 p.m. at the Indoor Hall of the Girls’ Campus.
