RIYADH — A two-day conference on electronic warfare technology will start here Tuesday with the participation of a number of local and international experts.
The fifth International Conference and Exhibition on Electronic Warfare and Radar Technology is a joint venture between the Ministry of Defense and King Abdul Aziz City for Science and Technology (KACST).
Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, had issued directives to hold the conference and for continued cooperation between the ministry and KACST to enable all concerned to know more about the latest developments in this aspect.
The global conference, which is in its fifth edition, will consider a number of topics pertaining to the electronic war including signal intelligence, data transmission, possible solutions to cyber attacks on land and in the sea, data management of electronic warfare, protecting aerial platforms and support to common efforts in electronic warfare and other related topics.
An exhibition will be held concurrently with the conference to display the latest gadgets in electronic warfare with the participation of dealers and manufacturers within the Kingdom and abroad.
