Wireless headsets are ideal for sports to avoid worrying about the cords getting in your way of activity. Although they’re at a higher price range than average headsets since they’re run on Bluetooth, they can be worth it for comfort and convenience.

Compared to headphones, wireless earphones have improved to offering exceptional quality. The latter are better suited for running and working out, as they’re more water-resistant and lighter.

Several factors determine how to choose your workout earphones. These include battery life, charging dock, ease of use, range, and comfort around the ears. Many of them include different sizes of fins but it also depends on the combination that suits you.

Here are some of the recommended wireless earphones:

One of the highest-rated earbuds for sports, these are famous for their comfort, design and sound quality. It’s sweat-resistant and also has an inline mic with a remote that skips songs, controls volume, and takes calls. Its battery life is up to 6 hours. It’s not noise-cancelling, however, which can be an advantage when exercising outdoors around cars.

The Jaybird is a favorite to many athletes around. The latest, the X3, carries the same quality with a lower price. They offer an app, called MySound App, to fine tune the acoustics according to preference. The app also allows to pair two devices at once. They have a compact size which makes it convenient for those wearing hats, helmets or covering the head.

These cord-free buds combine style and quality. It fits comfortably in the ear. As for battery life, it can last for 5 hours with Bluetooth streaming or 7 hours with local music playback. You can immediately set it up within minutes and its control makes it easy to use.

JBL Reflect Mini BT review

These come with a sporty look and are water-resistant all around. They have a snug fit to the ears and are light because they have a rubbery cord. They can last up to 8 hours after a full charge. According to many people’s taste, it doesn’t have a strong bass when it comes to sound and has a with a good frequency range (10Hz-22kHz) It has a neat and attractive design, however, with slight bulk.

Skullcandy Ink’d

The pros of these earphones are they’re more affordable than other earphones in the market and have a lightweight design although they have a neckband. The buds are plastic and have a secure fit. It doesn’t have a strong bass and treble but offer a decent clear sound.

Sony C400

These are recommended for those within a budget. It has up to 20 hours with battery life and secure wear behind the neck. They’re deemed acceptable when it comes to listening to music but the best quality sound.
