JEDDAH
— Jeddah is expecting its sea activities as part of its 'Jeddah Sea' Festival. The event will target the public and will devote special activities to people with special needs, orphans and the elderly as part of “be a role model” campaign initiative by the Emir of Makkah Prince Khaled Al-Faisal.

The activities will include different sea sport competitions, theatre activities, environment awareness activities and tourism tours. Various Jeddah resorts will host such activities.

The Secretary General of Jeddah Chamber of Commerce Hassan Dahlan said in a press conference on Tuesday that they target people with special needs as this festival aims to convey a human and social message. The aim is to increase the sense of national belonging and create role models for both locals and expatriates. The event will start this weekend and will last for 8 days.
