JEDDAH – Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors (MYNM), the authorizsed dealer of Jaguar Land Rover in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, welcomed the United Kingdom’s Secretary of State for Transport Chris Grayling, Her Majesty’s Ambassador Simon Collis, and Her Majesty’s Consul General Barrie Peach at its Jeddah showroom. The visit last April 10 served to highlight the company’s strength in the market, its proud legacy representing the two iconic British brands, and its vital role in contributing to the fulfillment of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

During the visit, Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors took the opportunity to affirm its commitment to driving social and economic progress, in line with the country’s ambitious vision. This included an extensive discussion about the critical role that the company can play in supporting women’s empowerment – a key component of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. As one of the most important players in the Kingdom’s automotive sector, Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors highlighted its support for the upcoming introduction of female driving, and its commitment to helping empower women both behind the wheel and in other areas and aspects of their lives.

Grayling said: “Following the Crown Prince’s recent visit to the UK – which was a positive step in strengthening relations between our two nations – we are very eager to support his Vision 2030 in any way that we can. While our two countries’ transport ministries already boast strong ties, I look forward to further enhancing the level of cooperation between us. Furthermore, I would like to thank Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors for welcoming us here today. I strongly believe that they can play a key role in enhancing this partnership especially that Jaguar Land Rover vehicles are described as one of the top luxury brands in the market.” — SG
