DUBAI — Manazel Real Estate PJSC, a leading UAE developer, has won the prestigious Housing & Urban Development Award at the 2018 Global Infrastructure Congress. The award was presented by Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi, the UAE’s Minister of Infrastructure Development, in recognition of Manazel’s “Ghantoot Waterfront Project” and its continued support for public and private developments and promoting energy efficiency and sustainable developments.

Manazel’s Ghantoot Waterfront Project is located in the Ghantoot area between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and is expected to generate estimated revenue in the range of AED2.6 – 2.8 billion. The 1.4 million square meter project will consist of residential villas of various sizes, a resort and community facilities such as school, community centers and retail areas.
