THE Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (ATTA) has set up a dedicate hotline Arabic service to answer questions from Saudi and Gulf tourists by phone or direct messages around the clock.

‏“A dedicated Arabic-speaking team has been assigned to operate the hotline’s two numbers: 02125911591 and 00905372433668 and answer any tourism-related queries. The hotline provides Arabic service answering for all questions coming from Saudi and Gulf tourists in particular and Arab tourists in general,” said Suleyman Yasar, Vice-President, ATTA and member of the Turkish Tourism Board.

‏During a trip organized for a group of journalists and social media influencers by Meili Tourism Real Estate Company in collaboration with the Turkish Airlines, Yasar explained that the hotline service also welcomes complaints and provides detailed information. Turkish tourism has seen a surge in the number of Saudi and Gulf tourists, especially following the discovery of new tourist destinations.

‏The media representatives and social media influencers visited and provided coverage for numerous tourist projects and destinations in Samsun and Istanbul cities, and met Soner Dursun, advisor to Samsun Governor, as well as the owners and managers of a number of hotels, resorts, restaurants and tourist facilities. — SG
