AFTER winning the Circle of Excellence in Business Development for 2016 across Hilton hotels EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), Inayat Ramjean, Director of Business Development of the Jeddah Hilton, said the hotel added another laurel by achieving the best market share performance/the highest RevPar Index (RPI) premium across Hilton hotels EMEA. “Those are my latest highlights achieved globally, however, I remain determined that Hilton continues to be the market leader in Jeddah. We will be delighted to set another record for Jeddah Hilton by targeting a RPI of 200, in 2018. Work hard, Dream big and Make it happen,” said Inayat.

Jeddah Hilton’s strong performance is primarily due to its facilities, features and its location. “With all our rooms having balcony, most of them facing the Red Sea, it’s a destination within a destination. The new Jeddah waterfront, a colossal project, will surely help us consolidate our market positioning. The new waterfront attractions — which spans an area of 730,000 sq meters along 4.5 km coastline on the Red Sea has three new beaches for swimming, 25 huts, 100 washrooms and a 125-metre dock stretching into the sea. A real delight for our guests.”

“Let’s not forget the Waldorf Astoria Jeddah – Qasr Al Sharq , adjacent to the Jeddah Hilton. There are good hotels, then great hotels, and then there is the Waldorf Astoria Jeddah – Qasr Al Sharq, where you enter a world of palatial opulence and experience the legendary personal service for which the Waldorf Astoria is globally renowned. This palace-hotel epitomizes extravagance. Pure gold, handpicked crystal and porcelain, exquisite mosaics, cultured marble, the finest art... luxury is in the details. As befits a palace this grand, we have suites which are 1,000 sqm, and come with massage tables and private gyms. Waldorf Astoria Jeddah – Qasr Al Sharq continues to be the venue for world leaders and members of the Royal families.” — SG
