PwC Saudi Arabia announced reaching 1,000 employees. The journey has been ambitious and positively strategic; currently reaching a 41% Saudization and 18% females. This achievement is a milestone that proves PwC’s commitment to the Kingdom and its local talent as well as PwC’s contribution to the progression of women in the workforce.

On this occasion, Riyadh Al Najjar, PwC KSA Country Senior Leader, said: “We at PwC have been at the heart of the Kingdom’s transformation and we remain committed to supporting one of the Kingdom’s main ambitions; developing its local talent. We continue to invest heavily in our people, their capabilities to deliver on our purpose of building trust in society and solving the Kingdom’s most important challenges.”

“Our people have been advising and supporting both private and public sectors as they navigate some of the biggest challenges, including declining oil prices, the roll-out and implementation of VAT, and the impact of technology and demographic shifts. This in turn confirms our presence and promise to support the Kingdom’s success in achieving KSA’s Vision 2030. Across our offices in KSA, we remain committed to having a truly diverse and inclusive workforce.”

He added: “Without our people, we wouldn’t have been able to thrive, succeed and be part of the Kingdom’s transformational journey. Here’s to the next 1,000 employees.” – SG
