Riyadh — Passengers expressed an average of 70% satisfaction for the quality of services offered at four main airports in the Kingdom in the month of July, according to data released by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) on Sunday.
More than one million passengers took part in the survey for King Khaled International Airport in Riyadh, King Abdul Aziz International Airport in Jeddah, King Fahd International Airport in Dammam and Prince Muhammad Bin Abdul Aziz International Airport in Madinah.
At 74%, the satisfaction level for the quality of services was the highest for Madinah airport followed by Dammam airport with 73%, Riyadh airport 72%, and Jeddah only 59%.
Since December, GACA has started issuing a monthly report about the passenger satisfaction level for services provided to them at various airports. The objective is to evaluate the current level of services at the airports and make extra efforts to improve them by implementing the highest international standards.
Teams from the General Administration for Quality and Client Protection at GACA carried out periodic inspection tours at the airports and prepared reports on the level of client satisfaction and their observation on the services provided to them.
