DUBAI — Saudi Arabian nationals living in Dubai will feel right at home when it comes to celebrating their county’s National Day on September 23 thanks to a host of great offers and special events being held across the emirate.

Dubai is like a second home to Saudi citizens — 85% of Saudi travelers consider Dubai as a preferred destination while 46% of Saudi visitors were repeat visitors in 2017 — with many celebrating their National Day by visiting some of the city’s most popular attractions.

Families flying into Dubai International Airport will be greeted with a presentation of flowers, Arabic coffee and sweets by airport staff, while the airport will also host a series of National Day-themed events.

Saudi citizens living in Dubai, or those planning to visit loved ones in the city over the national holiday period, can make the most of some fantastic money-saving and fun-packed deals at some of the emirate’s best hotels and most popular attractions:

On Saudi National Day, Saudi citizens can enjoy 20% off the price of a ticket to the observation decks on the 124th and 125th floors of the world’s tallest tower. Visitors can also experience a free exclusive tour of the sky-high 148th floor along with complimentary refreshments when they show their Saudi ID card to staff before entering the Burj Khalifa.

From September 12 to 22 the famous Dubai Fountain will ‘dance’ to songs by popular Saudi artists with a special display set to be performed to the KSA national anthem on 23 September.

Emaar Entertainment Group is offering a host of special half price deals from September 20 to 23 with a great 50% discount available to the Saudi citizens at Reel Cinema movie theatres at The Dubai Mall and Dubai Marina Mall.

Hotels across the city are preparing to welcome guests from the Kingdom with great discounts on room stays, money off F&B purchases and discounted entry to fantastic live events:

Great discounts on family entertainment are available at indoor amusement park IMG World of Adventure, which is offering visitors from Saudi Arabia 20% off the price of admission from September 21 to 23.

Dubai’s numerous theme parks are also welcoming Saudi guests with a range of enticing deals and offer during this period:

Saudi nationals need only to present their passport to ticketing staff at IMG World of Adventure to receive reduced priced entry and enjoy access to a host of roller coasters, rides and fun zones featuring classic Cartoon Network characters and the heroes from the Marvel Universe not to mention realistic animatronic dinosaurs, restaurants and a cinema among other attractions.

Families headed to The Dubai Mall can enjoy a 50% discount on access to Dubai Aquarium and Water Zoo and half price entry to Kidzania and Dubai Ice Skating Rink.

Fans of the movies are also invited to visit Motiongate Dubai. The amusement park is opening its doors to some of film’s biggest names and the cutest, most exciting cartoon characters ever. From September 23rd to 29th the Trolls are taking over Motiongate Dubai! With a chance to meet your favourite characters ‘Poppy’ and ‘Branch’.

Fans of the real-life superstars of Bollywood can meet their ‘heroes’ at Bollywood Parks Dubai, which is opening its doors to a colorful festival of fun throughout September.
