Jeddah —Custodian of Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, received on Saturday cables of congratulation from Gulf, Arab and world leaders on the occasion of the 88th Saudi National Day.

Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah praised Saudi Arabia’s remarkable development and cultural achievements in various fields, which boosted the regional and international status of the Kingdom and made it a source of pride for all.

King of Bahrain Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa wished the King permanent health, happiness and long life, and further progress and prosperity for the people of Saudi Arabia.

Lebanese Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri praised the great renaissance and distinguished development achieved by the Kingdom in various fields and sectors, noting the wise policy of Saudi leadership.

The King received cables of congratulations from UAE’s President Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, and Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of UAE Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan.

Similar cables of congratulations were received from rulers of Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al-Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al-Quwain.

Speaker of the Arab Parliament Dr. Meshaal Bim Fahm Al-Salami noted the achievements of the Kingdom in various fields under the leadership of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and the Crown Prince, leading role of the Kingdom in the field of combating terrorism, establishing an Islamic Militarily Alliance to combat terrorism, and the establishing the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen.

US Chargé d’Affaires Christopher Henzel said the Saudi –US partnership extends from close security cooperation to strong relations in business and exchange programs.
