RIYADH — More than 34,000 Saudi citizens benefited from the 10th batch of housing and financing options offered by the “My House” (Sakani) program.
The objective of the “My House” program launched by the Ministry of Housing and the Real Estate Development Fund (REDF) is to provide 300,000 housing and financing options in all regions of the Kingdom.
The 10th batch comprised 8,300 real estate loans, 11,705 housing units under construction in partnership with real estate developers, 11,928 free of charge residential plots of land and 2,600 options for the purchase of ready housing units from the market.
According to the 10th batch data, 11,705 housing units under construction have been allocated to citizens in Makkah region.
Of these, 9,000 housing units will be on land owned by the private sector.
The other project will be on land owned by the Housing Ministry in northern Jeddah. The first phase of this project is to develop 2000 housing units.
