SEDCO Holding continues to prepare future leaders

SEDCO Holding Group has welcomed the fourth wave of SEDCO Group Stars under its strategy to identify high potential employees and fast track them to leadership roles in companies across the Group. A total of 15 Stars have been enrolled in the upcoming wave IV of the program nominated from different SEDCO Group companies.

SEDCO Group Stars (SGS) is a visionary program which trains and prepares individuals to become the executives and future leaders across the Group. The program is managed and supervised by the Human Resources Department within SEDCO Holding Group, and is overseen by the CEO of the Group. The program is in line with international standards and measurements, which will ultimately enhance SEDCO Group business expansion, locally and internationally.

The SGS program, which is certified by PMI (Project Management Institute), moves the traditional Mini MBA program forward to the Experiential Learning Approach utilizing state-of-the-art tools, including Experiential Learning Tools and Assessments, and Online Simulations from Forio Simulations used in top business schools such as Harvard, Stanford, MIT and others. — SG
