TPCI extends invitation to Saudi businessmen for expo

JEDDAH — The Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) in association with Ministry of Commerce and Industry, government of India is organizing the 2nd Edition of “Indusfood”, a Global Food & Beverage Show of India on Jan. 14-15 2019 at Indian Exposition Mart, Greater Noida, New Delhi.

To promote the event, Ashok Sethi, director, Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) met Consul General Md. Noor Rahman Sheikh and discussed the various means of promoting the Indian products in the Kingdom.

The Consul General assured him all possible support in mobilizing a business delegation from Jeddah to upcoming exhibition. Sethi had also met the Vice Chairman of Jeddah Chamber Mazen M. Batterjee and other top officials and invited the top Jeddah based food products importers to visit the above exhibition. During his two days stay here Sethi had meetings with top Jeddah based Saudi food products importers.

Dr. Mohd. Nurul Hasan, consul (commerce), along with Amjad Shareef, MRA and Mir Gazanfar Ali Zaki, general secretary, Saudi Indian Business Network (SIBN) accompanied Sethi during the meetings. — SG
