Mauritania Welcomes Saudi Public Prosecution's Statement

Nouakchott - Mauritanian Islamic Republic welcomed statement issued by the Public Prosecution office, in Saudi Arabia, regarding the killing of Jamal Khashoggi.

A statement issued here today by the Mauritanian Foreign Ministry praised the strong and sincere will of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince to ensure full and necessary transparency, in seeking truth and applying justice, in this respect.

Mauritania renewed confidence in the integrity and credibility of the Saudi judiciary, asking to stay away from politicizing the pending issue. SPA
