RIYADH — The establishment of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) was one of the remarkable achievements by the Kingdom in the last four years, according to Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeeah, supervisor general of KSrelief.

Al-Rabeeah made the remarks in a speech on the occasion of the 4th anniversary of the pledge of allegiance to King Salman.

He said the day marks the people’s renewal of their allegiance to the King.

“For being blessed for four years with generosity, security and prosperity in our country, we thank God for the strong bond between the loyal Saudi people and our wise leadership. Despite the conflicts and other challenges happening all around us, the Kingdom’s leadership to stands strong. The Kingdom is at the heart of the Islamic world, and plays an effective role in solving political, economic, and social issues. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has not — and will not — give up its leading role in moving the world toward enhanced security, peace and stability,” Al-Rabeeah said. “The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques modernized the state while aspirations for the future rest with the power of the Kingdom’s young people, who are advancing the state-building goals embodied in Saudi Vision 2030. Saudi Vision 2030 depends upon economic diversification, youth capacity-building, increasing opportunities for volunteerism, enhancing development, and reviving the Kingdom’s administrative and executive mechanisms across all sectors,” he said.

“The country’s achievements span various fields of development — including economic, social and charitable — and, most notably, the establishment of KSrelief. KSrelief is an international humanitarian center whose initiatives embody the many positive contributions of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the rest of the world. The center’s activities are based upon the teachings of Islam, which include the provision of impartial help to all in need,” Al-Rabeeah pointed out. Al-Rabeeah concluded his speech by congratulating the Kingdom’s leadership, while expressing his hope that the country would “continue to be blessed with security, safety and stability.”
