RIYADH — The Ministry of Justice has prepared a digital guide containing over 330 answers to questions most commonly asked on the ministry›s Twitter service for communication, which was launched last year.

«The justice communication service is an interactive Twitter account launched by the ministry in 2017 to answer clients› inquiries, introduce new services and receive suggestions for the development of judicial work,» said Majid Al-Khamis, director of information and communication at the ministry.

The communication team included several judges and specialists from all legal disciplines, who had studied and compiled the most important questions asked by users last year.

«The inquiries have been classified according to the ministry›s specialties, such as courts, enforcement, notarization, law practice, tech support, and communication,» added Al-Khamis.

«The guide has been compiled in response to our clients› information needs, and in view of the ministry›s evolving and advanced e-services, necessitating education of the community about the best ways to benefit from the services,» Al-Khamis said.

The 67-page guide is divided into six categories including 332 Q and As, written in a plain and clear style.

«According to the directions of Justice Minister Waleed Al-Samaani, the ministry has allocated several initiatives for raising awareness of legal rights and duties,» Al-Khamis pointed out, noting that the guide was published in a digital format to facilitate wide circulation through smart devices.

The justice communication initiative is one of a series of services launched by the ministry aiming at direct and effective communication with clients. The ministry is also working on a universal communication center, aiming to serve clients with regard to the ministry›s procedures, services, transactions, and general inquiries.
