2nd Falcon Super League begins

RIYADH — The second season of Falcon Super League (FSL2) began under the banner of Falcon Football Club in Riyadh.

The 2nd season event will have a Super League, League Cup and Super Shield, which will be played at Samba and Academy Football Grounds here.

The Super League will have 8 teams that will compete with each other in the Super League and Super Cup matches. The winner of the Super League will play with the winner of the Super Cup in the Super Shield final.

The participating teams are Falcon, Legendry, Azzurri, Gunners, R10, Total, Masters and Al-Faisal FC. Al-Faisal FC is Al-Faisal University’s academy team that is also participating in this league. More than 150 players belonging to Middle East, Asia, Africa and Europe are taking partin this league.

The 1st week of FSL2 witnessed some exciting games in which Azzurri FC got the better of Masters 4-2, Legendry FC outclassed Al-Faisal FC 15-0, Gunners FC edged past R10 5-4 and Falcon FC lost to Total FC 5-6.

The goal of FSL2 is to bring together football players from different nations, cultures, and race under the banner of Falcon Super League (FSL) to promote love, peace and harmony. — SG
