Dependents’ travel permit status can now be checked online

Riyadh —
Saudis can now check the status of their dependents’ travel permits through the Abshir electronic platform.

The Directorate General for Passports (Jawazat) launched this enquiry service to upgrade digital transactions through its e-portal in cooperation with the National Information Center.

Service-seekers can log-in to their Abshir accounts and select dependent travel permit status from drop down menu. They can check the details and status of their dependents’ travel permits which include permit number, type of permit, the option for single or multiple entries, travel dates and countries permitted to visit.
