RIYADH — The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has organized a workshop titled “e-Justice 2020,” which was attended by about 100 leaders from the ministry’s technical department, Vision Realization Office and other specialized divisions. The goal of the workshop was to enhance the ministry’s digitization march.

“The seminar aims to boost transformation at the Ministry of Justice, motivate the teams and tie their work to impact on clients,” said Waleed Al-Rushoud, the acting deputy minister for planning and development.

“We also want to present a new paradigm linking the vision with tech so that the development teams are directly connected with the portfolios and duties,” he said.

Al-Rushoud pointed out that the workshop focused on the development of organizational capacities to realize the ministry’s 2020 objectives in line with the National Transformation Program 2020.

“The ministry’s teams work according to professional concepts comparable with those of pioneering companies that focus on developing products with high flexibility,” Al-Rushoud added.

“The ministry is determined to continue digitization of all judicial services and aims at providing 80 percent of its services electronically by 2020,” he added.
