Zadk Culinary Institute, Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland enter into an strategic partnership

CULINARY Arts Academy Switzerland has signed a strategic partnership with Zadk Culinary Institute to provide support in the implementation and launch of the institute’s flagship campus in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

This collaboration will provide students of Zadk Culinary Institute an opportunity to receive an international education and practical training, that will enhance their hospitality education experience and provide them with a more comprehensive training in the global culinary field.

Students who have successfully completed a two-year Diploma in Culinary Arts with Zadk Culinary Institute will be able to progress towards the completion of the Bachelor of Arts (Honors)at Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland.

The MoU was signed by Swiss Education Group’s Chief Executive Officer Florent Rondez Chief Academic Officer, Emanuel Donhauser and Mrs. Rania Moualla, Founder & Chairperson at Zadk Culinary Institute. Also, in attendance at the signing ceremony were Salman Gasim, Chief Executive Officer at Swiss Hospitality Company, Abdulsalam Alkuwaity, Senior Consultant, Ms. Leena Nasser, Co-Founder at Zadk Culinary Institute, and Abdullah Al Masoud, Commercial Attaché at Saudi Commercial Attaché in Geneva

The Swiss Hospitality Company played a significant role in realizing this collaboration agreement between the Saudi and Swiss counterpart. For more than 8 years the Swiss Hospitality Company has been promoting knowledge and economic exchange between both countries as part of its core corporate values plus it falls perfectly within the company’s mission that is to revolutionize the hospitality industry in Saudi Arabia by adopting Swiss standards, international best-practices and integrating fine Saudi hospitality values.

This partnership will not only allow our students to gain quality training, experience and fast-track into their courses at an advanced level, but it will also give them access to greater career prospects in the F&B and hospitality industries,” said Mrs. Rania Moualla, Chairperson of Zadk Culinary Institute.

With this partnership, Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland will also offer academic support and guidance to Zadk Culinary Institute to ensure that the modules and programs at Zadk Culinary Institute are relevant to industry standards. Both institutions will have regular academic exchange visits to share best teaching practices, conduct workshops and master classes. — SG
