RIYADH — AWJ Real Estate launched on Monday the Rabwa Project in Riyadh, in the presence of Minister of Housing Majed Bin Abdullah Al-Hogail. The project is one of the largest and most important real estate projects for investment in commercial centers and residential complexes with distinctive planning.
This came at a ceremony held by the company, in the presence of many officials in the departments of government sectors, a group of leading private companies in the field of real estate, and representatives of the press and media.
Rabwa project emphasizes the keenness of AWJ Holding to provide quality projects and its commitment to the standards of sustainability and development in line with Vision 2030. It also illustrates the company’s endeavor to support the comprehensive development process witnessed by the Kingdom in various fields under the leadership of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy prime minister and minister of defense.
Riyadh Ahmed Al-Thaqafi, CEO of AWJ Real Estate, a subsidiary of AWJ Holding, expressed his heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the minister of housing for honoring the launch of Rabwa project, which underscores his interest and unlimited support for all real estate projects that serve the nation and the community. He also expressed his thanks and appreciation to the officials representing various government entities at the launch for their vital part in the project’s success.

He also emphasized the company’s endeavor to form partnerships with the private sector in developing diversified and sustainable development projects that would support and achieve a set of objectives of Vision 2030, this ambitious vision aimed at upgrading the services provided to citizens and residents in the Kingdom.
He added that “AWJ Real Estate” would develop the entire project master plan in phases. The first phase, which includes the development of about 2,000 housing units by real estate developers during the upcoming two years, will be a contributing factor in achieving the goals of the housing program.

At the end of the ceremony, AWJ Real Estate signed several agreements with construction and real estate development companies: Fawz International Contracting Company, Mohammed Al-Ojaimi Group, Ansab General Contracting Company, Maskan Real Estate Development, and the Saudi Entertainment Projects Company. — SG
