RIYADH — Minister of Justice and President of the Supreme Judiciary Council Sheikh Waleed Al-Samaani launched the ministry’s electronic program and project management system and the automation of project management procedures.

The system is one of the most remarkable achievements of the Office of Programs and Projects at the ministry for the management and governance of projects in accordance with the best international practices.

Muhammad Al-Asheikh, general supervisor of the office, said the system provides the ministry with an effective tool to manage transformation initiatives and development projects to achieve its strategic objectives.

He explained that the system has been developed in accordance with the best international methodologies and practices in the management of programs and projects; supporting the ministry in the process of planning; implementing and monitoring initiatives, programs and development projects as well as engineering, operational and technical projects through developing professional performance indicators. —SG/SPA
