NEW YORK — A delegation of Saudi youth recently participated in the Eighth UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) Youth Forum, which was held at the United Nations in New York.
Speaking on the occasion, Noura Nasser Abanumai, one of the Saudi participants, pointed out that young people, who represent 67 percent of the Saudi society, have the interest of the Saudi leadership in the development process as it is opening prospects of cooperation with the world through disseminating the culture of dialogue and values of tolerance and moderation. It is also providing many opportunities for both males and females and helping them achieve their goals and aspirations.
