JEDDAH —
The city is set to witness a revolutionary approach to physiotherapy with the recent inauguration of finest, ultra-modern and most advanced Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Center at Abeer Medical Center in Al-Bawadi District.

Omer Rabih, member of Jeddah Chamber of Commerce, inaugurated the center, said to be first-of-its-kind. Exclusive suites and treatment rooms were also inaugurated by him.

Miss. Khlood A. Bayazeed, senior HR and administration manager of Abeer Medical Group welcomed the gathering.

The hard work, vision and corporate social responsibility of Mohammed Alungal, president of Abeer Medical Group, have paid off with the launch of the center for Saudi citizens and expatriates residing in Jeddah.

Syed Sulaimy, assistant general manager of Abeer Medical Group, said that the clinic is open to the public and offers a range of cost-effective physiotherapy services to the patients and body rehab, advanced physiotherapy and pain clinic offers advanced treatment and various facilities for the patients at Abeer Bawadi Center.

Dr. Jemshith Ahmed, vice president strategic planning of Abeer Medical Group, said that the body rehab clinic specializes in treatment of preoperative and post-operative management of all orthopedic surgeries (such as joint replacements), sports injuries, neurological disorders (stroke, Parkinson's etc), lifestyle diseases like arthritis, spondylitis, joint pain and stiffness and musculoskeletal disorders due to improper workplace ergonomics.

Abeer Medical Center, Bawadi will provide education, therapeutic exercise, consultation on injury prevention, provides service to all in-patients, out-patients, walk-in patients, cerebral palsy, fractures, tendonitis, rheumatoid arthritis, frozen shoulder, sprain, cervical spondylosis, tennis elbow, bursitis, sciatica, planter fasciitis, sports injuries, CTS, neck, back and knee pain.

Physiotherapists of Abeer center assess joint motion, muscle strength and endurance, function of heart and lungs, and performance of daily activities also.
