JEDDAH — Time, money and efforts, Nahdi Medical Company has been investing to enhance the industry and bring the most to guests, and all seeking the health and lifestyle products. 15 years ago, Nahdi started to capitalize on its resources including, its human capital as the main source to provide its services to the local community. The company financed this program and exerted big efforts and put time to ensure that consumers get the cherry on top.

“We didn’t plan to increase our sales, yet we dedicated our returns to enhance the careers of our human capital in terms of training, learning courses and many matters that will uplift the total human capital at Nahdi... because we believe in our goal that is to offer our society and local communities the facility of services that they deserve for a healthy and better lifestyle. In line with the Vision 2030, our goal is also to ensure the wellbeing of our people, and accordingly our responsibilities fall far beyond increasing sales as we have a long way to go before the guests see us,” said, Eng. Yasser Joharji, CEO of Nahdi Medical Company.

Nahdi has a large established workforce that carries out various and many duties, including calibers’ training, staff education, imports, manufacturing, shipping, a sophisticated supply chain, deliverance, and quality control, to name a few and the company is sturdily able to accomplish its roles and present to the end consumers what they deserve.

“What you see when you step in Nahdi Pharmacies, is just the final result of the long-stood groundwork. It looks like it’s an easy responsibility, yet it is sophisticated and at the same time, it is easy for us because all Nahdi’s team members do this job in passion, as we all believe to serve our community and society for the better well being of our people. But the remaining fact is, we have a very long way that we pursue until we appear with the final outlook to our esteemed consumers and here where we do the hard things,” added Joharji.

“Nahdi seeks to ensure its voice towards its audiences, through many implements including training our rising pharma students to have excellent and professional Saudi and proud pharmacists. We also have the SME program that we work on to empower the young generation. Furthermore, we offer education, learnings, courses to our people, to ensure they have right tools to face the real world, when they go live,” Joharji noted. — SG
