RIYADH — Boston Consulting Group’s prestigious association, Jeel Tamooh, geared toward supporting the next generation of Saudi Arabia’s youth leadership talent, recently celebrated one of its many flagship initiatives, the first-ever series of connect events — held across Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al-Khobar.

“At BCG, we believe innovative initiatives hold the key to enabling future talents to expand their capabilities in order to achieve their aspirations,” said Rami Rafih, partner & managing director at BCG Middle East. “After a promising official launch ceremony earlier this year, we are proud to have put Jeel Tamooh’s wheels in motion with these insightful and interactive connect event sessions.”

Throughout the course of the Jeel Tamooh connect events, attendees had an opportunity to network and take part in exclusive seminars and workshops dedicated toward leveraging their skills to build personal brands. The Jeel Tamooh connect events were delivered by a distinguished set of experts from BCG and was attended by many large private sector organizations who support the initiative.

Students enrolled in the one-year program are able to improve their personal and professional skills through training and development. BCG experts also mentor the selected students in their respective field to unlock their potential as future leaders.
