JEDDAH —
The watering and hospitality committee of the Makkah Governorate has started distributing about a million free mobile and Internet chips among the pilgrims.

The initiative is being carried out with King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) in Jeddah at which a large number of the Guests of Allah will arrive.

A field team is distributing the gift throughout the day and night at the airport within an initiative titled "pilgrims in our eyes".

The committee said the pilgrims will be able to communicate with family and fiends back home to live with them their daily events.

The pilgrims will be able to use direct telephone contacts or the social media to share with their families their religious and spiritual experience.

KAIA director, Essam Nour, said the initiative is aimed at providing the pilgrims with free of charge service to enable them to communicate with their families and convey to them live their Haj experiment.
