JEDDAH – Hyundai is launching a collection of exclusive safety accessories for female drivers in Saudi Arabia, offering the ‘Hyundai Salama Collection’ with any new vehicle purchased. This complimentary set is specifically designed to prioritize family safety, giving female drivers added peace of mind at the wheel of their Hyundai.

The Hyundai Salama Collection features an elegant mobile cradle, a seatbelt safety clip to resize the belt safely for children, and a car sunshade. It also comes with a quick-reference guide that answers common safety and emergency related questions for new drivers.

The items each solve simple but common safety worries. The mobile cradle, which clips to the AC vent, positions the driver’s phone to safely use as a GPS and to access music – and will stay in place even in hotter weather. The seatbelt safety clip adjusts the belt’s fit for older children who are too big for a child seat, providing the correct tension and location for the lap and shoulder belts, and preventing the belt from unbuckling.

The side sunshades included with the Hyundai Salama Collection are essential for comfort in a warm country such as Saudi Arabia, helping maintain a lower temperature by blocking and reflecting the sun’s rays, but can be tucked away when not in use. Sunshades also protect car stereo systems that can be damaged by excessive heat, which will in turn provide a longer life for the electronic equipment in the car.

The new Hyundai Salama Collection kit also includes an informative emergency guide that answers frequently asked questions that new drivers may have. It includes information on important safety related features, such as the meaning of different warning lamps and what actions to take. — SG
