Emir of Al-Baha honors noted psychiatrist Reem Al-Ghamdi

AL-BAHA –
Emir of Al-Baha Province Prince Dr. Hussam Bin Saud has recently honored a Saudi female psychiatrist for setting up a team of volunteers relying totally on her own efforts. For this achievement, she was honored at the Arab level in Kuwait.

Al-Ghamdi presented the emir with a report on the initiative and its accomplishments. She also briefed the emir on the volunteerism efforts in her field of specialization — mental health, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said.

Earlier, the Ministry of Health had named her as the ambassador of psychological information.

Prince Hussam valued her accomplishments, considering them to be a national pride, especially for Al-Baha Province. He said it was good to see young men and women of this nation have high capabilities in all fields.

Furthermore, with the limitless support from the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, these capabilities will become a tangible reality that serves the nation and citizen and achieves the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

Meanwhile, Reem Al-Ghamdi expressed her deep thanks to the Emir of Al-Baha for this generous gesture in honoring her. She added that this is not strange of the rulers, in their support and encouragement for the sons and daughters of this nation.
