Ithra events of cultural and heritage expo launched

The King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra) has launched the events of the Cultural and Heritage Exhibition entitled “Being Saudi” via the official inauguration of the “Ajyaal” Hall (Generations Hall) at Ithra Museum, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said Tuesday.

Ithra Museum focuses on discovering Saudi heritage and shedding light on the Kingdom’s rich culture via the history of the Kingdom’s many regions.

The “Being Saudi” exhibition is an opportunity for visitors to see the works of art and culture that depict the deep-rooted Saudi identity, heritage and art by shedding light on a number of cultural stations and corners containing various fields of music, poetry, fashions and styles.

Ithra is working on coming up with new criteria for distinctiveness in the Kingdom in the fields of the industry of culture and creativity.

The objective is to develop and present innovated know-how products in addition to creating the required added value via its relations with the partners and visitors by catalyzing the sustainability of the creativity and cultural societies.
