RIYADH – Emerson, a global automation technology and engineering company, has signed recently a strategic agreement to serve as a preferred automation services and technologies provider with Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) to help the petrochemical manufacturer successfully adopt digital transformation programs and optimize operations.
The strategic alliance supports the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by focusing on localization, strategic partnerships and knowledge transfer, as well as leveraging the strategic and operational capabilities of the organizations involved to achieve operational excellence. This alliance targets value creation through improved safety and reliability, as well as the creation of new business and revenue opportunities.
