Indian passport, visa application centers shut till April 15

JEDDAH — All the passport and visa application centers under the jurisdiction of the Indian Consulate General, Jeddah, will remain closed until April 15, according to a press statement of the consulate.

This is in view of the prevailing situation and travel restrictions due to the outbreak of coronavirus.

According to the consulate statement, those who have any emergency cases pertaining to passport and visa services, they have to submit their application to the consulate through the email (passport.jeddah@mea.gov.in).

They have to send the documents explaining the emergency situation together with contact number and address. The consulate officials will do the needful to address such emergency cases, the statement added. — SG
