Restaurants’ timing in Ramadan is set from 3 p.m. to 3 a.m.

RIYADH — Restaurants across the Kingdom will remain open for food delivery from three in the afternoon until three in the early morning during the month of Ramadan, Saudi Press Agency reported on Thursday citing an official source at the Ministry of Interior.

The ministry, meanwhile, underlined the need for adhering to the precautionary measures taken to safeguard the health and safety of the people in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.

In an order issued on April 7, the ministry had allowed restaurants to offer only catering services and home deliveries in their vehicles on online orders until 10 p.m. in all regions of the Kingdom.

Earlier in March, the municipal authorities banned serving food in restaurants and cafes and restricted their activities to food delivery services.
