JEDDAH — A Saudi medical team has treated 2 Indonesian evacuees in Jeddah upon their arrival through an Indonesian plane from Sudan.
According to Al-Ekhbariya, the two cases were revealed to be suffering from fractures in the hands and some other injuries that required medical intervention.
Immediately after the Indonesian plane landed at King Abdullah Air Base, medical care was provided to them and they were disembarked on Red Crescent stretchers. They were then transported by ambulance to the nearest hospital to check their health condition.
It is worth mentioning that an Indonesian plane arrived earlier at King Abdullah Air Base in Jeddah with 42 Indonesians on board, after they were evacuated from Sudan.
The total number of those evacuated from Sudan and arrived Jeddah since the start of the evacuation operations reached about 4,879 people, including 139 Saudi citizens, and about 4,738 belonging to 96 nationalities.
