RIYADH — The Ministry of Education has approved four classes weekly to teach “Earth and Space Sciences” to secondary school students.

Third-grade secondary students will be taught Earth and Space Sciences during the second and third semesters starting next academic year.

The decision was included in the new academic plan, which the Ministry recently issued.

The Study Plans Guide for the academic year 1445 AH represents the 3rd edition of the study plans that the Ministry started two years ago when it announced the implementation of advanced study plans launched at the beginning of the academic year 1443 AH.

Students in the third year of high school will study the specializations of the general track, the medicine and life track, and the computer and engineering track.
