Al Oula holds ‘Basmat Khair’ to help South Jeddah children

UNDER the patronage of Princess Al Anood bint Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Saud, spouse of Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ adviser and governor of the Makkah region, Al Oula non-profit organization will host “Basmat Khair” exhibition on June 9-10, 2017 at the Hilton Hall in Jeddah.

By holding “Basmat Kheir”,  Aloula aims to raise a million riyals through sponsorships, entry tickets, space rentals, and raffle tickets. The exhibition’s revenues will support the children of South Jeddah through the Support program, Skills program and the Sports program. To achieve this goal, Aloula invited many entities to sponsor this event, and contribute to the development and enablement of the children of South Jeddah.

“Basmat Khair” provides an opportunity to shop and have a good time and includes many corners, such as a women’s corner, a children’s corner, a food corner, and a specialized corner for productive families. In addition, “Basmat kheir” will include a raffle draw on a car presented by Lifan Motors.

Basmat Khair received the support of many believers in the importance of social responsibility such as Zahid Group and SABIC, in addition to many social media influencers in Jeddah.

Al Oula non-profit organization in Jeddah is the first non-profit organization in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and has been working for 55 years on breaking the cycle of poverty through early intervention and the empowerment of lower income families in South Jeddah. — SG
