HTC U Ultra now available

HTC, a leading innovator in smartphone and virtual reality technology, announced Sunday the availability of the HTC U Ultra smartphone at AED/SR2,799 in KSA. Featuring a unique liquid surface design that perfectly blends polished metal and glass, a convenient new dual display, superior audio and camera capabilities and an artificial intelligence based assistant, the HTC U Ultra is by all standards the most advanced smartphone available. The device also takes a major leap in harnessing the power of an artificial intelligence based assistant to make the smartphone experience even smarter.

Nikitas Glykas, President, HTC Middle East and Africa, said “the HTC U Ultra is not just a technologically advanced smartphone, but also a stunner with attention to detail at the heart of this brilliant and unique design. We are confident that the KSA customer will appreciate the elevated smartphone experience the HTC U Ultra promises, brought to life by revolutionary hardware and software innovation.”

The HTC U Ultra is designed to perfection with a symmetrical fluid blend between polished metal and stunning glass. The smartphone features a big 5.7” screen with dual display, delivering prioritized information without interrupting the main display. This is delivered through the Artificial Intelligence based assistant – the HTC Sense Companion – which is a personal companion with voice recognition and other advanced capabilities that learns the preferences and patterns of the user and customizes the smartphone experience to uniquely compliment you.

The HTC U Ultra features the best in class camera with Optical Image Stabilization and Phase detection autofocus (PDAF) to ensure that every moment can be captured with reduced blur and impeccable quality. The HTC U Ultra comes with a 12MP UltraPixel main camera and a 16MP selfie camera with a wide-angle lens for Panorama Selfies and the option to switch to an UltraPixel mode for unparalleled light sensitivity.

The audio experience is elevated through HTC USonic, which uses a sonar technology headset to analyze a person’s unique inner ear to adapt to them and deliver clear and superior Hi-Res audio. The HTC U Ultra also includes four omnidirectional mics, which capture positional sound and allow for 360-degree immersive audio recordings.

The device is available immediately in Brilliant Black, Ice White, and Sapphire Blue, and comes with an HTC U Ultra Clear Case, a Rapid Charger 3.0 and HTC USonic Hi-Res Audio earphones. — SG
