A high-ranking delegation from the Korean carmaker SsangYong headed by Choi Jong-Sik, CEO, arrived in Riyadh on April 5 on an inspection visit to the Saudi car market and to explore prospects of joint cooperation with Strategy Corporation - Abdullah Saleh Albazei Automotive, the authorized dealer for the Korean car brand SsangYong in Saudi Arabia.

 
The delegation included Wei Kyung Bok, MD, Purchasing Department; Rangarajan Sundararajan, Deputy Managing Director, Planning Officer; Yoon (Keity) Kyung Taek, General Manager.

 
The delegation met with a business group of Strategy Corporation - Abdullah Saleh Albazei Automotive, headed by Abdul Allah Saleh Al Bazie, Chairman and Managing Director; Adil Tauqir, Head of Marketing & Product Planning; Abdullah Ateeg, General Manager; and Khalid Alduhayan, Consultant.

 
During the meeting, both parties confirmed the importance of the Saudi market, as well as the strength of their relationship. Choi stressed the importance of the Saudi market for Korean company, "The Pride of Korean Engineering", as well as the company's desire to strengthen its presence in the Saudi market by launching many strong and highly sophisticated models, which will meet the requirements and aspiration of the domestic consumers.

 

Choi ascertained the company's strong support to its local dealer to enhance its presence in Saudi Arabia through the provision of highly trained and skilled technicians and full range of spare parts.

 
Abdullah Saleh Al Bazie pointed out that SsangYong cars dealership in Saudi Arabia under the umbrella of Abdullah Saleh Albazie Automotive represents very extensive support for the Korean brand. He also confirmed that Al Bazie Automotive "The Home of Korean Engineering", will do its utmost to provide high-level services, including car maintenance and after sales services, through its wide network of integrated centers throughout Saudi Arabia.
